THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF JL460 PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JL460 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jl460 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or prohibit access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or other Platform policies
• Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Inactivity for an extended period (typically 12 months or more)
• Request for self-exclusion or indication of problem gambling behavior
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. jl460 may retain records of your account activities as required by law. In cases of termination due to breach of Terms, jl460 may forfeit your account balance including any winnings. In cases of voluntary account closure or termination without cause, remaining balances will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

13.2 Severability
